Return & Refurbished policy

  1.    We are committed to ensuring 100% Purchase Protection for customers by offering genuine products, secure payments and easy returns for items shopped on www.mozelo.in
  2. Some products cannot be returned and are marked on the product detail page. View the list mentioned below.
  3. Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. Electronics must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  4. Any item at the time of the return if not returned in the original and as the same form/condition, no return would be allowable.  Cash on delivery would be a band for that customer in future if any mischief has been observed by the management.
  5. The decision of the management of Mozelo would be full and final.
  6. Once the item purchased it cannot be taken back and in case of any problem, customer needs to go to respective service center and can avail warranty from there. In case if the warranty is not available due to any reason we can help to get the warranty for the product.
  7. Once the product purchased and item open it cannot be return for such reason like item not needed or item not as described. Can be returned for a refund only and is not eligible for replacement
  8. Return pickup facility will be provided to the area where courier service tie-up with us are having pickup facility, and in case if it’s not available then the customer needs to send the item back to us thru its own courier.
  9. We are not liable for any damage or item missed from the return packet while returning the item back to us. The customer has to take care of the item while returning back to us.
  10. In case service center not available in the customer place then he can send it back to us for replacement on behalf of him. We will give the item to the service center and whatever company does for the item in its warranty policy will be applicable to the same and we will return the item back to the customer after that.
  11. What is refurbished item? The item which is returned by the customer in open condition or by testing it or may have returned the item for any defect? Are refurbished item. All such product are restoring to their origin by service or packing and then it sold to the customer for lesser price, Product which are Manufacturer Refurbished item may be in tamper packing or packaging damage, It will carry 10 days replacement warranty for any manufacturing defect, but we ensure you that all product will be in 100% working condition, in future if something goes wrong, customer need to take the item to nearby service centre for service

All Refurbished item are well checked from our end and then send it to customer, it carries manufacturer warranty as applicable by the company, only the case would be there that box damage, seal open or some accessories missing like headphones, we do take care that all the item given in the box should be there, but in some cases it can be missed as not return by the original customer.
